Best hair care for dandruff

                   Today we going to learn the complete routine to cure dandruff once I had posted small simple routine in my blog do check out.



 Dandruff is the common hair fungus that occurs to everyone at many stages. Here I came with a simple home remedy to get rid of that. Though it's a home remedy it took time to get rid off it. But be patience you will get better results soon.  The complete hair care routine for all types of hair and you will get an idea on hair care and some important tricks. These routine is for both men and women . Link is below .

                                  Now i divide this hair care routine into 3 section:

Cause of Dandruff: 

Dandruff it occur mainly by scalp infection our scalp needs some routine to make it healthy.There is a myth that dandruff  occur only to oily scalp but truth is it can affect all type of scalp beacause its like fungus and itchy scalp .It can be caused from

1.Not rinsing your hair properly.

2.Leaving oil in hair for long time .

3.Using comb ,towels from infected person.

4.Using too many products on hair and leaving without washing properly.
5.Even it can cause due to family heritage .

Hair pack:

• Mix few drops of tea tree oil to your shampoo. 

• Take coconut oil , add few drops of lemon and add aloe vera gel mix all these and apply to your scalp leave for 15 mins and wash your hair.

• Take coconut oil and add few drops of tea tree oil and warm it up and have a good massage and wash it after 1 hour.

Hair routine:

• Each hair is different from each other so make sure what type is your hair .This summer season is one of the problematic season for dandruff .

so make sure you follow this routine:

1. You need to wash your hair after gym , exercise, sweaty scalp and exposing to sun and make sure how often your scalp need wash .
2. For dandruff you need to wash your hair frequently and make your scalp healthy .
3. Drink enough water and make yourself hydrated
4. Eat healthy food and greeny vegges and fruits
5. Avoid direct contact with sun and wear cap 
6. After sweating make sure you take bath to avoid dandruff.

DO'S

• Buy anti dandruff  shampoo  
• Apply oil to  your scalp for 1 hour before your hair wash 
• Wash your hair more often 
• Wash your comb  towel and pillow cover 10 days once because when your dandruff reducing may be from this it could spread to you again. 
• Use tea tree oil for treating dandruff.

DON T 'S

• Don't mix your shampoo with hair fall or shine buy anti dandruff shampoo only
• Don't leave oil for more than 1 hour because for dandruff oil is just like boost and it spread faster 
• try to reducing your chemical product for your hair 
• Don't share your combs and towels with others
• Don't scratch and touch your face it can cause pimples.

Ingredients:

These are active particles should be present in anti dandruff shampoos

1. zinc pyrithione 
2. salicylic acid 
3. ketoconazole

    Use chemical less shampoo and try different brand shampoos because each company use any one of the active ingredients and check which suits use.
